Keep Going!!!!!

There are some workouts that are insurmountable. Half way through you start to crash. You paced wrong, you used too much weight, you're just not in that good a shape. Who knows why, but there is no way you are getting through. Or are you?

A smart person (or a dumb person with a smart trainer) knows when to call it quits. If you are going to hurt yourself or cripple your ability to do the next workout, maybe it's best to just back off. But of you are just tired, there is a mental benefit to gutting it out. Not always the kind of benefit that will help you lose weight or pack on muscle, but one that will make you a better person.

Just get it done.

Do one rep at a time.

Reduce the weight part way through the workout.

Stop caring about your score.

Walk the rest of the distance.

Just get it done.

It's nice to meet insurmountable challenges ... and overcome them. In all aspects of your life.

Daily Workout:

10 Rounds

12 pull-ups
12 burpees

This is likely more pull-ups or burpees than you have ever done. When it become impossible, just finish.
